Jack's visit with Santa

So we went to visit Santa and get our picture done last night (and get Jack a new winter coat and shoes). They have this thing in Newmarket where if you pre-purchase your Santa picture or a package you get a fast pass to see Santa, essentially skipping the line. I was all for that knowing I wanted a happy baby on Santa's lap. So we went and did our shopping first since Santa was eating dinner. Jack LOVED looking at everyone in the mall, checking out the lights - clothes - toys...everything. Once we went back to visit Santa there was a bit of a line...not huge but not small. We went to the fast pass section where there was only 1 person ahead of us - awesome. Now, people in the bigger line weren't too thrilled but between the fast pass people about 2 people from the other line would go. It worked out for us since Matt teaches the kids that we went in front of. Anywho - Jack LOVED Santa. He played with the fur on his sleeves, looked up at him with a big smile, and seemed to have a wonderful time! We got our picture in the first shot and that was that. It was a great first year with Santa and we're crossing our fingers that next year goes similarly...we shall see lol.

 

 I can't wait until Christmas :)
